We realize that although our intentions are always to please our customers, there will be cases that at times you will not be satisfied with the item you received. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you open it and check to make sure the items meet your requirement.
All purchases are protected by “Buyer Protection” as explained below.
In cases items match the refund requirements below, we will give the customer a store credit for the amount they purchased. Items purchased on sale are not refundable.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable bought via our online portal, Kidooki Kids (Kidooki E-commerce) decision is final.
Buyer Protection – Return/Refund Procedures
All refunds/ returns must be made within 15 days after the Product delivery date. All products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the website. (please email us on Wecare@Kidooki.com for return instructions). We do not accept the returns without contacting us first.
Kidooki Kids ( Kidooki E-commerce ) will only accept refund on products that are identified as eligible, once Kidooki Kids ( Kidooki E-commerce) confirms that your Product is in accordance with this policy.
All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online only.
We do not accept any Product exchanges.
You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product. For all Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures no credit or refund or store credit will be issued.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and for whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide refund for all items (excluding sales items) purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its out sole
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
All Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid & you need to cancel it, you need to contact & update us on our email ID mentioned on the website of the same within 5 hours of placing the original order.
Once order is packed and shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
Other Terms & Conditions
All items that are returned/refunded, can only be made once.
We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
Our refund/returns policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
We make no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a purpose.
All decisions made by Kidooki Kids ( Kidooki E-commerce ) is final.
