After signing up, tap "Add Child" on the home screen. Enter your child's name, age, and select their interests. Kidooki uses this to personalize every story.

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We take content safety seriously. Please email support@kidooki.com with details about the story and what you found concerning. Our team will review it and improve our moderation filters.

Yes! You can create multiple child profiles under one account. Each child gets their own personalized stories based on their unique interests and age.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account, all child profiles, and all generated content within 30 days. You can also email privacy@kidooki.com to request deletion.

First, check your internet connection and try restarting the app. If the issue persists, clear the app cache (Settings > Clear Cache) or reinstall the app. If none of that works, contact us at support@kidooki.com.

You can manage notifications in the app under Settings > Notifications. You can also disable them at the system level through your device's notification settings.

Absolutely. We only collect the minimum information needed to personalize stories (name, age, interests). All data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared for advertising. We comply with COPPA. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
